This is a very exciting time! You are embarking on the journey of planning the biggest (and likely most expensive!) day of your life! Feeling Excited? Maybe a little nervous or confused? We will guide you through the process, enhancing your wedding planning experience. We will harness your dreams and work within the reality of your budget translating your vision into an amazing event, the memories of which you and your guests will cherish forever! Our professional consultants can save you time, money and stress by ensuring you get the best value for your dollar and helping you to avoid costly mistakes. Every couple we meet has their personalized vision of what they’d like to see on their special day, we think its extremely important to work with vendors that the couple has chosen to ensure the details are seen to and their overall day is a perfect dream. We are experienced with vendor contracts which are often complicated and will work with you to negotiate the best deal for your special day!

We provide four types of wedding service:

Full Wedding Planning for Long Distance Brides
(out of area – destination BC weddings!)

Consulting
Consulting Services can include:

• Money saving tips.
• Budget Development.
• Theme Development.
• Personal Wedding Itinerary (for those couples needing a bit of direction for their big day!).
• Vendor Selection, Suggestion, or review of vendor contracts before signing.
• Any other advice or assistance as required!

$100 for the first hour, $40 every hour thereafter

Day of Coordination
Day of coordination includes:

• A planning and preparation meeting including: Reviewing all vendor contracts; Consulting to establish a detailed timeline; Completion of an event checklist to ensure no detail goes amiss. 
  
• Vendor confirmation two weeks prior to event.
  
• Supervise and Coordinate Wedding Rehearsal. 
• On the day of the event, we will:
  • Manage vendor setup; Manage & Assist wedding party to ensure needs are met.
  • Orchestrate and direct ceremony.
  • Place wedding favors, menus, table numbers, and place cards.
  • Ensure payment of vendors and distribution of tips.
  • And bring an emergency survival kit to ensure everything goes smoothly!
    

Reception less than 100 guests: $600
Reception 100-200 guests $700
Reception 200-350 guests $800
Reception greater than 350 guests: $1000
